Swoish Soil Services was started in 2008 by Travis and Matt Swoish. The two brothers saw a need in the family farm for solid and useful soil data, created by using the latest agricultural technology, to maximize crop yields. The business began when they realized that this need was shared by many other farmers in their community and this service could benefit anyone who was ready for it. The goal has always been, and always will be, to provide impartial information to the farmers in order to increase their bottom line. 

The business has grown rapidly in size since 2008. This is due to the industry understanding the benefits of knowing soil data, rising costs that affect agriculture and our emphasis on customer service. We are constantly updating the software, technology, and equipment we use. In addition to improving our tools, we also recognize the need to be life long learners and grow ourselves as people. To do so we continuously take classes and attend seminars regarding the software we use, industry practices, as well as agronomy and crop and soil sciences. We want to make sure that our service only improves as the business grows.
